What You'll Do

Full interior painting. Walls, ceilings, trim, and doors as assigned on site.

• Prep — patch, sand, caulk, tape, and protect floors and fixtures
• Prime where needed
• Cut in clean lines at ceilings, trim, and corners
• Roll and finish coats to full, even coverage
• Clean up your area and gear at end of each day

Requirements

You must actually know how to paint. Cutting in, rolling, and prep at a professional level. If you can't paint, you'll be sent home — no partial pay for the day.

• Available all day, up to 14 hours per day
• On time each morning; the crew works as a unit
• Smartphone for app clock-in and photo documentation

Provided All tools and equipment supplied on site — brushes, rollers, sprayers, drop cloths, and prep materials.
