Can you really come today?
In our core area, yes: request by 12 PM and we dispatch a crew the same day. Outside the core ring we come same-day when a crew is free, otherwise we hold tomorrow's first slot for you and tell you which before you commit.
How fast do I get a price?
Usually within 30 minutes during business hours once we have your photos or video. No photos? We call you instead and price it over the phone.
Why does same-day cost more than a scheduled job?
Same-day work is our published standard rate plus a priority premium and a flat $50 dispatch fee. The premium covers pulling a crew off scheduled work and reshuffling the day around you. You see the exact all-in price in writing before anyone is dispatched.
Do I need to be home?
No. A lockbox code, a key with a neighbor or the building office, or a door you leave unlocked for our arrival window all work. We send before-and-after photos when we finish.
Can you help me get my security deposit back?
We clean to move-out standard and send you before-and-after photos. Your landlord decides deductions — we can't promise what they'll do, but we can make sure cleanliness isn't the reason.
What if you can't come today?
We tell you straight, and we hold tomorrow's first slot for you. We'd rather say "tomorrow at 8" than cancel on you at 4 PM.

What do I need to have ready?
Access to the property, running water and power, and anything you want kept set aside. Trash bags and basic supplies are on us. If you want us to haul junk too, say so and we'll bring the truck.
