Yes. Whatever the scale, we'll scope it from photos and give you an honest plan and price. Larger jobs may run across more than one day, and we'll tell you that upfront rather than halfway through.
Nothing leaves without your say-so. Anything that looks valuable — cash, documents, jewelry, photos, keepsakes — is set aside for you. Usable items go to donation where possible.
Most homes are one day. Heavier jobs run two. We'll tell you which when we quote.
Only if you want to be. Some clients stay and direct, others hand over access and come back to a finished home. Both work.
